Ingredients

15-30g Cacao Я:Evolution / Celestial Cacao / Divine Awakening Ceremonial Cacao
2-4 dates (place in hot water to remove skin)
100ml of your preferred plant-based milk (do not heat)
100ml of boiled water
Optional add-ins

BASE

2-4 dates (soak in hot water to remove the skin)

LIQUIDS

100ml preferred plant milk (do not heat)
Boil 100ml of water

ADD-INS

Choose preferred spices:

½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon cardamom
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon cumin
½ tablespoon tahini
Peanut, nut, or almond butter
Pinch of chili
Pinch of salt

Choose superfoods:

Maca
Reishi
Ashwagandha

Tasty options for a richer flavor:

Banana
Figs

PREPARATION: Place the base ingredients in the blender first, add plant-based milk, then the spices/superfoods/fruit. Add the boiled water and mix all ingredients. Pour into your favorite cup and connect with this sacred plant while setting your intention. Enjoy and feel the pure love in your cup!
